Located at 5233 Hollywood Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90027, Obet & Del’s has emerged as a beloved haven for coffee enthusiasts and casual sippers alike.

At the core of Obet & Del's charm is their commitment to quality and sustainability. A highlight of their offerings is the Thai Town Latte, a delicious fusion that pays homage to its roots, crafted with gluten-free, vegan ingredients and served with creamy oat milk for that authentic Thai iced tea experience. This drink captures the essence of the neighborhood perfectly—rich, flavorful, and inviting. Customers rave about the Filipino Iced Coffee too, which features a delightful blend of ube and oatcondensed milk topped with a robust double espresso. It’s not just a drink; it's an experience that captures the spirit of Filipino cuisine.

The menu here is a thoughtfully curated mix of coffee and tea options. This place felt like a classic LA coffee joint. A little quiet spot, kinda grungy in the best way, and really good coffee. The Filipino iced coffee was great!

This was a chill and roomy neighborhood cafe with great espresso and good amount of seating. The high ceilings and bright natural light make it a really nice space. The coffee was fantastic. I’d stop by again for sure if I find myself in Thai Town again.

Fantastic latte! The oak latte is bold, rich, and perfectly balanced—a true treat for coffee lovers. The only downside is the seating situation. The space is cozy, but most tables are occupied by people using it as a study hall, making it hard to find a spot. A one-hour table limit would be a great improvement to ensure more people can enjoy the experience. Otherwise, highly recommended for the quality of the coffee!

Stopped by for an afternoon pick me up while visiting Thai town and I have to say that this place did not disappoint. We had ordered the Thai Town Latte & the Filipino Iced Coffee. They were both tasty, but if you had to choose one I’d recommend the Filipino Iced Coffee. I’d also have to recommend that you bring your own straw if you plan on getting the Filipino Iced Coffee because they do not have straws and the ube powder tends to sink to the bottom unless you mix it frequently with the stir stick. I do have to say that it’s interesting that they charge an extra 25 for ice. They had great vibes and would have definitely stayed to work there if I had my laptop and if there was seating. There’s about 5-6 tables but they were all taken and there was only bench seating available but there was very harsh light coming in from the front entrance that made it a little hard to sit there. The shop also has a lot of cool items for sale like coffee and sustainable gifts for tea and coffee. Parking: There is no dedicated lot, so you’ll have to find metered street parking or walk a little further to search for some residential parking spots. Service: Good. Best Part: We ultimately chose to come to this place because it has different coffee options than all of the typical ones that you see at other coffee shops. Worst Part: The shop is a little hard to find if you’re just passing by. You’d definitely need to be out searching for it because I thought Google Maps had taken us to the wrong place. There is a coffee sign painted on the side of the building but I almost went into the restaurant next door. Return: Yes

Needed a quick afternoon pick me up, and found this gem. We also realized that we needed food before more caffeine, and their cheeseburger hand pie and hashbrown spam masubi were sooooo good. I had a classic vanilla late and my friend had the Thai tea coffee. Great find.

Only one coffee shop in this area and they did a great job! I visited LA and staying at the hotel in this area and I found this coffee shop while I was looking for a good coffee in the morning. I’m so glad I stopped by and got my coffee here, everything here was great especially coffee they have made it perfect. I ended up coming here every morning until I got back to NY and I’m gonna miss them.

Outstanding coffee!! SOLID. We got a mocha. Smooth yet bold. The chocolate ‘nibbles’ they put on top was a nice treat. I love that they are dog friendly also. (The dog owners got coffee to go but it was nice to see cute furry friends stopping in :) Friendly service. Great experience. We’ll be back!
